Leo Keelan created Hope Chaplain Ministries in January 2022 to answer the call God put onto his heart and the need he saw in his local community. Within nine months he chose to step away from his  22 year career in Avionics Management to respond to God's calling for his life. He has felt deeply led to serve those who serve and protect our communities. Leo is a First Responder Chaplain that also provides services for families and communities experiencing hard times or loss. ​
