I serve across 10 public safety agencies through Public Safety Chaplaincy. Nicole and I also work through Hope Chaplain to support families, equip others to care, and develop our vision for Hope Station.

Our Christian faith shapes how we serve. We welcome people of every faith and those with no religious affiliation.

Chaplaincy and our partnerships

Chaplain Leo Keelan serves some of his public safety agencies through Public Safety Chaplaincy (PSC), which trained and credentialed him for this work. PSC maintains the Oregon Chaplains Academy, where Leo completed basic/advanced training and is now an instructor. These relationships support continued learning and connection with fellow chaplains. Hope Chaplain is the home for Leo and Nicole’s broader ministry, including community care, training, and the Hope Station vision. Leo’s agency chaplain service continues through PSC.
