For a tax-deductible contribution, please donate through Public Safety Chaplaincy, the non-profit organization Chaplain Keelan works with (Federal 501(c)(3) ID #93-0872565), via the Donor Information form below, 95% of the donated amount is given directly to Hope Chaplain. You can mail checks to Public Safety Chaplaincy (1500 NW 167th Place, Beaverton, OR 97006).
