Additional chaplain courses, keynote presentations, and speaking engagements for churches and small groups are available upon request. Training is at no charge for the agencies Leo serves. Other agency rates are $100–$125 per hour, plus applicable travel; a sliding scale is available for eligible volunteer agencies.

For other agencies, travel beyond 35 miles one way from Newberg is covered by the host. A sliding scale is available for agencies staffed entirely by volunteers with little or no training funding. Ceremony travel and booking details
For ceremonies beyond 35 miles one way from Newberg, travel is $0.76 per additional mile. Out-of-state weddings, excluding southwest Washington, are $500 plus travel and lodging.
