Chaplain Leo and his wife, Nicole offer a variety of services through Hope Chaplain Ministries.  Leo provides professional officiant services for weddings, funerals, and other life events, offering compassionate and personalized ceremonies rooted in faith and respect for each individual’s story. He is ecclesiastically authorized and endorsed through Grace Chapel in Wilsonville, Oregon. Leo and Nicole do marriage coaching together with couples using the Prepare Enrich program.

Wedding Ceremonies

• Standard Rate: $500 for ceremonies within 35 miles of Newberg, OR.

• Extended Travel: For locations more than 35 miles (one way) from Newberg, an additional $0.70 per mile will be added for each mile over the initial 35.

• Out-of-State Services: (Excluding Southwest Washington) — The base ceremony fee of $500 applies, plus coverage of travel and lodging expenses.

Premarital Coaching Packages - with Leo & Nicole

• Up to 5 sessions: $450

• Up to 7 sessions: $625

Funeral Services

• Standard Rate: $400 for services within 35 miles (one way) of Newberg, OR.

• Extended Travel: Add $0.70 per mile for each mile over 35.

Training - Leo provides training classes for small and large groups

• Responder Strong Mental Health Curriculum 2 to 4 hours

• Ministry of Presence 3 hours

• Group ASAPs (Acute Stress Adaptive Protocol) 90 mins

• Chaplain Related Courses upon request - varying times
   

Classes are free for the agencies Leo serves. For agencies outside the ones he serves, classes are $100-125 per hour with travel over 35 miles one-way covered by the agency. For 100% volunteer agencies with little to no funding, a sliding scale fee is available.
