CONNECTION. PREPARATION. COMPASSION.

Find support. Build relationships.

This directory builds on the OFCA map project to connect people with publicly documented chaplain programs, peer support resources, and clinician directories.

IN DEVELOPMENT

Hope Chaplain Community Response Team

We are exploring a team of prepared chaplains for requested community and family support. Leo’s ongoing agency chaplain service continues through PSC. Team roles and coordination would be developed with participating organizations.

01

Support when life changes.

A proposed team would offer compassionate presence and practical connections during loss and crisis.

02

Serve alongside one another.

Existing chaplains could participate while retaining their organizational affiliations, with shared preparation and accountability.

03

Respond through relationships.

Requests would go through a designated coordinator. Service area, availability, and response procedures are still being developed.
